DEVELOPING LEITH’S VIBRANT WATERFRONT

A Proposal of Application Notice has been submitted to City of Edinburgh Council for development on land at Ocean Terminal, Ocean Drive, Leith for the following:

A transformational redevelopment which will open Ocean Terminal to the waterfront and create a welcoming shopping and leisure destination that meets the needs of local people. Our vision is for community and other uses, including food and drink and retail uses, the creation of new public realm, with associated landscaping, infrastructure and access arrangements, and potentially residential, hotel and offices.

Two public exhibitions are proposed with the first to be held online on Thursday 23rd September 2021 between 12noon and 8pm accessed via this website. Visitors to the website will have the opportunity to pose questions or request clarifications on the website content between 12noon and 8pm on Thursday 23rd September 2021.

The date, time and venue for the second public exhibition will be agreed at a later date.
